Notes

The Notes tab is a complete Live Notes client.

• Capture with the department grid — your own department (from your role) is offered first — plus per-department quick-note presets and dictation.
• Rapid entry — number-key department hotkeys and keep-open mode for firing off notes during a run.
• Notes taken while recording are locked to that moment on the timeline; the + button on the Show Monitor's cue history back-dates a note to any earlier cue.
• Note detail — snapshots with drawing/annotation (shared with the web viewer), comments (add and edit), complete/reopen, edit, assign to a crew member, save-to-Photos. Rotate for a full-screen landscape drawing canvas.
• Library — previous recordings' notes and everything still outstanding.
• Offline queue — notes taken with no connection queue and send when the link returns; on LAN sessions they also relay peer-to-peer through the chat mesh to the host Mac.
• Assignment pushes — a notification when a note is assigned to you, and an end-of-show digest with run times.
