Preferences → Library

The recording library is how ShowRevue finds your takes — for opening in playback, for A/B compare, and for the recordings list.

Watched Folders​

  • The Recording Folder (from Video) is always watched, and can't be removed.
  • + Add Folder… adds any other folder — last season's archive, a shared drive, the rack's SSD.
  • Scan Now re-reads them. The tab shows when it last scanned and how many recordings it found.

The library is machine-level, not per-project: recordings from every show you've made on this Mac are findable, whichever project is open.
